Community Patrol Officer
Full time post (37 hours per week)
£27,041 to £32,910
+ 10% Shift Allowance
Rushmoor Borough Council is committed to providing a safer and cleaner environment for all sections of the community to use and enjoy. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Community Patrol team.
You will be part of a customer focused patrol team providing a highly visible uniformed presence in public places, upholding and promoting, local by-laws and carrying out enforcement duties. You will work closely with community groups, residents, councillors and the public to resolve issues of enviro-crime and anti-social behaviour, maintain a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment.
You will need excellent communication skills and have a flexible approach to service delivery being required to work a shift pattern which includes weekend working.
The successful candidate will be required to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
